Casino Questions
How do you enter into the Mega Raffle?
We occasionally run a Mega Raffle, which you can enter by making a purchase that day in our "Get Chips" store. We announce the winner in game (click on the little shamrock icon in the People Grid when you first enter into the game), and also on our Facebook page.
How do I start a private or friends only table?
When you are in the game lobby of your choice (e.g. BlackJack, Hold 'Em), press "Select Table" as you normally would. Then, when you get to the box with a list of the table levels, pick one, and there will be two little checkboxes near the bottom. One is for "Friend Only" and one is for "Invite Only". Now when you press "Let's Go", you'll have your own table. You can invite anyone you'd like by clicking one of the empty seats with the little + sign.

Why aren't the videos working? I watched one but it didn't credit!
The client that manages our video watching chip credits (Flurry), occasionally experiences some delays communicating with our server. Basically, what usually happens is when you've finished watching the video, the client sends our system a confirmation for the chip credit. This usually occurs quickly, but if there is a delay, the chips get credited, removed while waiting for final verification, and then re credited later once the delayed confirmation rolls in.
Occasionally specific videos do not work -- in this case, turn your device off and back on to refresh the game.
How do I import an old account?
You can do this manually if you have your old Friend Code and old Link ID. To find your Friend Code and Link ID, go to "+More">"Account".
(Note: not all platforms have this feature yet.)
Then, go to your NEW device and go to "+More">"Account">"Import Now". Enter in your old account details, and your previous account should pull in automatically.

I'm having trouble making a purchase.
Often times, iTunes/Google Checkout will either cancel your order or place a hold on the purchase for security reasons. If you are getting a “Contact iTunes” or card verification error, the best thing to do is to contact one of these two merchants, since they handle the credit card processing.

I used to have X,XXX,XXX chips, then one day, I logged in and they were all gone!
If that’s honestly the case, we’re more than happy to look into it for you. Send us your Friend Code (go to Friends -> Add Friend, and send us the code there). However, we’ve gotten a LOT of e-mails that are phrased like this, where when we go to check the logs, I’ll find the person just bet it all in Blackjack, and it didn’t work out for them. If you lost your chips, they’re gone, and claiming they “mysteriously disappeared” is just going to waste my time and make me really angry.
Why did I not receive my daily bonus?
Occasionally the notification for the daily rewards does not pop up, despite rewarding the chips in our system properly. Even if your game closes for any reason before you can press the "Collect" button, the chips will still be added to your account. There are very rare cases when the daily reward system has a glitch, but if you send us your Friend Code, and the days that your reward was missing, we'd be happy to take a look into it.
My pictures aren’t showing up in game! What’s wrong?
In the very few cases where there’s a problem, we’re more than happy to help. Just send your Friend Code (go to Friends->Find New Friend, and send the code there) to support, and we’ll get it sorted out straight away. But before you do that, I have to ask… did you post something inappropriate? And we’re not talking about nudity or gore, though we’ve seen many, many variations of both. We’re talking about stuff that wasn’t appropriate for a 13+ year old audience. If you’ve received a warning about posting inappropriate content, and you’ve posted the same thing (or something very similar) again, your picture privileges have probably been revoked.
For the record, you are not always warned before your image posting ability is revoked. If you post something egregious, we will block your images without warning the very first time we find something inappropriate. Look – the rules are simple. If you wouldn’t want a 12-year old to look at it, or you think it’s questionable, DON’T POST IT. Simple.
And last, but by no means least, when your pictures are revoked, they’re gone for good. Because we only ban pics for users who have either repeatedly posted something after being warned, or people who post obviously objectionable content, and because pics are such a vital part of the social experience of our games, we take content very seriously. If you break the rules, you lose your privileges. That’s it, and there’s no arguing the point. So before you decide to post something, consider the consequences. As an addendum, if you write customer support asking about images after your images have been banned, you will not receive a response. We get a ton of people asking for a second chance, and in the past, we used to be a lot more accommodating – except that we’d invariably have to re-ban the same user’s pics, because they’d go and post something stupid again. So don’t ask, and if you still feel the need to ask, please don’t expect a response.
I got a new device. How do I recover my old account?
Yes! We can recover your old account. We need a little bit of information to do so:
1.) If you have it, your original Friend Code (go to Friends -> Add Friend). If you don't have it, we will need your username and xp level, as well as any info that would help us track down your account - a description of your profile pics, total $$, best hand/word, etc. The more the better!
2.) The Friend Code from the game on your new device (go to Friends -> Add Friend).
Send this information to us through our Contact Form, and we'll be happy to make the transfer as fast as possible. The process can take up to a week or two for security reasons.
What do the icons in your profile mean?
The quick way to figure it out is to just click on the player, and then check out their profile. You’ll see a line of text that describes what the icon means. It’ll say something like “Racking up Likes”, or “Won a HUGE hand”. We’ll be adding more of these “status” icons as time goes on, so if you see something new, just check it out in that user’s profile!
Some of the things include:
Eliminating another player (scythe)
Winning a big hand (flaming moneybag)
Racking up likes (flaming people)
Giving a ton of gifts (closed gift box)
Receiving a ton of gifts (open gift box)
So, just check out the various icons, and if you can acquire yourself an icon, you’ll be on the Grid in no time!
Your Blackjack game is rigged! The dealer wins all the time, and I always lose!
Ok. First off, just to be clear, our game isn’t rigged. Not in any way. The dealer receives cards from the same deck, in the same way that the players do. The odds are not stacked in the dealer’s favor, and the deal isn’t manipulated in any way, ever.
The rules of Blackjack vary from table to table, and the specific rules are enumerated in-game for us. Dealer hits on soft-17. Cards are dealt from a 6-deck, continuously shuffled shoe. Once those rules are established, the only way to cheat is to stack the deck, and we don’t do it.
There are a lot of psychological reasons that people are prone to remembering bad streaks. People also don’t tend to quit when they’re ahead, but they’re forced to quit when they lose everything – so most people end up remembering the bad & forgetting the good. So it’s not like we don’t understand that the game may *seem* rigged, or you might *feel* like you’re losing all the time. But in every case, when I’ve gone back to check the logs of people who are convinced the game is rigged, even their logs show that they’ve had as many winning streaks as losing ones.
Lastly, if you look at the total stats – not just any single person, the game’s behaving like one would expect it would. Some days, the dealer wins, some days the dealer loses. We’re bound by the same odds as everyone else, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
How do I get on the People Grid?
To get onto the People Grid, you’ve gotta do something interesting! See those little icons by the profiles in the People Grid? Earn one of those, and you can make your way onto the grid.
Okay, the most obvious thing I can say is pretty simple – you play Card Ace against other people. So, if you lose your chips in Hold ‘Em, you lose them to another person. Who isn’t us. So we have absolutely no reason to rig the game in anyone’s favor. So, lemme just say this once and for all. None of our games are rigged. None of our odds have been altered. We get a bunch of e-mails from people who say, “I noticed a change…” The simple fact is this – we’ve never changed the odds in any of our games. Ever.
Why is the Card Ace game so slow?
Part of the reason that Card Ace is paced the way that it is is that mobile connections can be somewhat unreliable. As a result, the timers need to be long enough that lag in the system can be accounted for most of the time. We do have speed tables available on Facebook, where people tend to have faster/more robust connections. Just go to the Facebook version and when you select “Play Now”, choose a speed table. All the timers are cut in half, and the game moves fast enough that it’s almost difficult to keep track of what’s going on!
How did a lower hand beat my higher hand in Texas Hold Em!?
Almost every time we get e-mail about someone beating a higher hand with a lower one, it’s because that hand was dealing with a side pot. A side pot happens when one person goes all-in, and other players continue to bet. For complete rules on how side pots work, please read this article.
Are you guys going to do another run of Word Ace cards?
They’re actually available now, either in-game, on platforms that allow the purchase of physical goods, or you can go to our Store to buy them from this very website!
I spelled a long word (5/6/7 letters) in Word Ace, and didn’t get the right number of points!
The way the length bonus works, you only get the highest value. So if you spell a 5-letter word, you get +2 points. A 6-letter word gets you +5, and a 7-letter word gets you +20 points. These bonuses do NOT stack.
What dictionary does Word Ace use?
Word Ace uses the TWL (Tournament Word List). This is a standardized word list that’s used in a lot of competition-grade word games. It does NOT contain proper nouns/adjectives, slang, or foreign words. The word that trips everyone up is “Zen” – it’s considered a proper noun, and therefore, isn’t in the dictionary. Stuff like month names, brands, and things like that – they’re not in there, either. Think of it this way – if you’d capitalize it, it’s not in the dictionary.
Why is my chip total not added to my stack in Slots?
The chip value that’s displayed in the lower right (in green) is how much you’ve won in Slots today. This is the value that’s used in the daily leaderboard, so you can gauge your progress for the day. However, this is *not* your chip total. Winnings are added to your hand after each individual pull. For example, if you start with $0 in winnings for the day and $1000 in your stack, the value you will see under your profile is $1000, and the value in the lower right will be $0. Let’s say you bet $100, pull, and win $200. Your chip count (under your profile) will be $1,100 (-$100 bet, +$200 in winnings), and your green value will be $200. So the daily winning total will only increase, but your chip total will increase and decrease depending on what you’re betting vs. what you’re winning.
Why did I lose my buy in for a Sit and Go Tourney?
No worries -- if you leave the tournament before it starts, the chips will actually return to your chip stack when you re-enter the lobby. It sometimes takes about 5-10 seconds for the chip stack to update, however. If you are disconnected for any reason after a tournament starts, you should be able to return to the table (minus some blinds) as long as you have enough chips. The game will keep you in for a few hands by auto-folding, but if you do not return quickly enough, you will automatically lose your place at the table.
Fleck Questions
Mutant plants get progressively harder by the level. For level 3 and 4 plants, RECRUIT SOME FRIENDS by using the "Broadcast" button", or you're gonna get stomped. Once combat begins, it's simple - don't get chomped. Basically, you shoot automatically whenever you're in range, so you don't have to worry about that at all. Just try not to get chomped, or spat on, or smashed. Watch for patterns - you'll find spitters try to lead you with their shots, so if you see a shot incoming, it's probably best to change direction. The Brutes have a little wind-up time, so if they're shaking, RUN. But mostly, just try to stay away from the bad guys, but close enough you can still shoot 'em!
You recover health automatically over time, of if you buy food at a restaurant, you can restore health immediately. Being chomped on by zombies reduces your health, and if your health hits 0, you're kicked out of combat and sent back home. Make sure to grab a bite to eat before jumping into another round of combat, though, or you'll start with a pretty massive disadvantage!
Almost all actions require stamina. Stamina regenerates over time, so it'll fill back up if you wait long enough. Items can affect Stamina, like the Red Bolt, which gives you an instant refill when your Stamina hits 0.
Buying a restaurant earns you some coins every day, as well as a cut of any food that people buy from the restaurant. Food restores health, so if you've been out fighting zombies, you can get food to replenish your health! The cost, amount of coins you earn, and the quality of the food depend on the Yelp rating of the restaurant, higher-rated restaurants are usually a better investment!
How does a Scavenger Hunt work?
There are a handful of different types of scavenger hunts. The icon gives you an idea of what the "theme" of the hunt is, but the specific locations of the switches are up to you to discover. Work with your friends in-game to figure it out - everyone who takes part in the hunt (activates a switch) gets the full reward, so if you've activated one switch, there's nothing to lose by getting your friends to help out! (And if you're looking for something like a "Longest bridge", you're not limited to asking your friends in Fleck. Ask anyone (and tell them about Fleck in the meantime!).
It's raining! Why do I need to water my plants in my backyard?
Weather effects are cosmetic-only in backyards for the time being. We may change this in future updates.
When your garden has several different kinds of plants close together, they work together to produce a richer harvest. Each plant might have a different bonus depending on what is around it. You can see the percentage multiplier when you harvest.
Can I bring dead plants back to life?
You can purchase a Revival Bomb to bring your dead plants back to life! Click on the Marketplace button (the shopping cart on the right side of the screen), and you can purchase a Revival Bomb, which will be used IMMEDIATELY. Your dead plants, in a very large area around you, will be instantly revived!
It's a massively-multiplayer online world that takes place on a map of THE world! You can plant things, fight zombies, hang out with your friends, buy your favorite restaurants, or all kinds of other stuff. There are all kinds of cooperative things to do, from zombie battles to scavenger hunts. Hang out, chat, explore the world. Give gifts to your friends, and receive cool stuff in return. It's your world! Play in it.
What is the life cycle of a plant?
Different plants behave slightly differently. Flowers grow quickly, but aren't worth very much. Most shrubs take a few hours to grow. Every time you harvest or prune them they will grow again, and they pay off over time. Trees usually take days to grow. All plants need to be watered after a couple of days, and if they go without water for too long they will wilt. Eventually plants will die and then they can be cleared by anyone. Anyone can water plants, but only the owner can harvest or clear them.
I saw this cool thing in the world, but I can't find it in the marketplace!
We have some limited-edition & seasonal items that aren't always available. Keep your eye out for limited-time specials in the Marketplace! (HINT: Particularly around holidays - even weird ones.)
Why can't I enter an address outside the US?
While Fleck will eventually support playing anywhere in the world, we are currently only supporting data for the continental United States. We will be expanding the game to new areas as the game progresses.
How can I get a player to stop harassing me?
We understand the frustration that it may cause you when other people visit your garden and perform unwanted actions, but in an open world game such as Fleck, these kinds of actions are often unpreventable. Many times, the users who perform these actions are unaware of the fact that what they are doing is impolite and/or they may not be reading the chats. However, deliberate and repeated griefing or abusive language is not tolerated. If these users continue to be a problem, we will do our best to take action. We take feedback from our players very seriously and are constantly looking for ways to improve the user experience.
City points are a rolling score that adds up the total "temporary" activity from the last 2 weeks, and the "permanent" value of the objects planted in the city. Temporary score gives you points for the coins and XP you earn from harvesting plants and from zombie battles. The permanent score reflects the cost in coins and gems of the objects planted in the city - so decor objects add permanent value, while harvesting trees only adds to the 2-week total. As the days go by, the score earned 2 weeks ago cycles out of the total score, so if you had high activity days back then, you can expect your city to drop by the same number of points 2 weeks later (unless you're having an equally productive day today). Of course, it's the same rules for every city, so in order to stay competitive with your neighbors you can invest in permanent decor or you can stay very active in harvesting and battling each day.
How can I combine my iPad or iPhone and PC accounts?
If you had an existing PC account and want to use it to your iOS device, we can do this! If you had an existing iOS account, and want to use it onto PC, we will first need you to create a NEW account at fleck.com using Facebook login. Once you've done this, please send us the Fleck IDs (click on your avatar in the upper left, and your ID will be listed near your username) for both accounts and we will be happy to help. Note: We won't be able to merge the items from both accounts, unfortunately. Sorry!
General Questions
All of our games are supported by in-app purchases. Right now, we have chip packages and donation stars available. Chip packages are pretty self-explanatory, but the donation stars are little shiny icons that’ll appear by your profile in-game for 30 days to show that you’re helping to support the game & keep it free for everyone. If you love the games, please consider purchasing something from the store. This is the *only* way we make money on these games. Thank you for your support.
